
Tone Up those Triceps! Bye Bye jiggly arms!
Really simple, as illustrated by my proud trainee Ms krystine above.
Keep your spine in a neutral arch, abdominals tighten, exhale and extend your arms towards your hips, inhale return back to starting position. Take note not to swing your arms like a pendulum, always stay in control! Use a weight that challenges you to complete 15repetitions.
